This workshop does not seek strict and universal objectives. On the contrary, it seeks to establish an open discussion on the themes of human rights, the tension between individual and collective claims, self-determination, decolonization, secession and the rights of indigenous peoples, of women, minorities and dissidents. Students will have the opportunity to understand each concept, with the guidance of the professor, and to reflect on the paths from philosophy to law.
